Reflexology
A holistic/complementary therapy that uses unique manual hand pressure techniques to your feet and/or hands along neural pathways which can help the body to relax, heal and function optimally. A session can help restore vital energy and foster health and well-being. The benefits apply to people of all ages.
During the 1st session we will discuss your health goals and any questions you have regarding reflexology.
Reiki
A holistic/complementary therapy involving a hands-off Japanese technique to rebalancing your natural energy to promote relaxation, healing and well-being. I ask the Reiki energy to address and support your specific needs from restoring balance, fostering healing, reducing pain and stimulating positive healing energy This service can be done in-person or distanced. It can be given to human and animals.
We will discuss your questions and concerns during the initial session.

Reflexology Session
A zero gravity chair with earthing mat and neck pillow is where you will relax during the session. CBD lotion and essential oil scents can also be added to the session.
This session will include reiki during the reflexology motions.
1st TIME TRY IT SPECIAL - $75

Reiki Session
This session can be performed in-person, via zoom or distanced. In-person will have you relax in a zero gravity chair with earthing mat during the session. Zoom session will require access to this app. Distanced can be done any time when you are anywhere in the world.

Introductory Session
Introductory session including discussion of your goals and questions about complementary healing techniques. Any health issues including allergies to smell, etc will be addressed. Try it to see if it is a fit for you!
1st Timer Intro Session - $75
Plantar fasciitis
Mandatory 4 weekly sessions to achieve results. It did not come on in one week, so will take the time to get you back in action!
4 weekly 70 min sessions - $360
All my life I have felt the energy of the Earth and felt a calling to help others. When I had the opportunity to take some time to really look at what was showing up in my life, I decided to pursue learning more about holistic energy. Growing up I loved when my mom would 'squish my feet'. I knew there was something out there that addressed the feet and that wonderful feeling I would get when mom would squeeze them. I found Reflexology that way!
My first class in Chicago was with Claire Marie Miller. She literally wrote the book on Intergrated Reflexology. At the same time I found Reiki classes through the MN Reiki Center for Healing and Training. I felt the Universe urging me on to my path to helping others restore & heal.
I have since completed my reflexology training with Amy Pederson owner of The Footbridge. This training was so integrated with all the teaching of reflex points, meridians and structure of the foot. I am so happy to have worked with Amy and am well prepared for my private practice.
I have continued to enhance my Reiki attunement through the MN Reiki Center for Healing & Training with Reiki Master, Karuna Master and Animal Reiki under the Usui Holy Fire lineage.
These combined skills give me the opportunity to support my clients with a unique and personal experience. I look forward to sharing my passion, knowledge & healing energy with you!
